TOWA OPTICS sales/customer support team visits each institute in the country frequently and aims at being in direct touch with all scientists. In case you would like to know more about any of our products please fill up the Sales Form and we assure you a call back within twenty four hours from our office of respective zone.

Our customer support department's main focus is to provide service and application support through installation and demonstration and further during and after the warranty period with preventive maintenance, on-call maintenance and breakdown maintenance. In case of any service query, please fill up the Service Form and we assure you a call back within seventy two hours!

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Response time 48 hours; two preventive maintenance visits and break down.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) After warranty period response time 48 hours, two preventive maintenance visits and break down

Premier Maintenance Contract (PMC) Annual maintenance service contract for premium products, response time 24hours; spare parts*, three preventive maintenance visits, priority response

*Certain spare parts are chargeable even during the contract period, please ask for complete list at the time of the contract.
